Refund Policy

We guarantee our products do not differ substantially from the pictures and description on our website. Should you receive a product which is not as described and/or pictured, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Should a product be damaged or defective upon delivery, please send picture evidence to contact@mysmartiptv.net as soon as possible so we can give you a full refund or send a replacement to you immediately.
 
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please read the description of the item you want to buy, carefully. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before any return,  please fill the Refund Request form below .
If you change your mind right after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you should be refunded with no conditions. If your order has already been fulfilled, you’ll need to follow the standard return policy.
